Steve Madden Acquires Dolce Vita for $60.3

 Steven Madden Ltd (Nasdaq: SHOO) has completed the acquisition of privately held Dolce Vita Holdings, Inc. (“Dolce Vita”), which specializes in the design, sourcing and sale of branded and private label footwear.

Steve Madden（HQ：Long Island City, NY）がDolce Vita（HQ：New York）を買収したと8月14日発表した。ニューヨークのファンキーシューズチェーンがいよいよ高級化プレミアムカジュアル拡大路線を打ち出した。
