Nike x Comme des Garçons Homme Plus Air Mowabb

The Nike Air Mowabb, released in 1991, was conceived by Tinker Hatfield as the supreme cross-trainer for the adventurer (bike, hike, boulder? No problem for it). The shoe represented a new kind of thinking for outdoor equipment, furthered by its unique “leave no trace” outsole pattern designed to minimize the wearer’s footprint and reduce degradation to the environment. Nike Mowabb reborn as Comme des Garçons Homme Plus Collaboration last January at Spring 2018 Paris Menswear Collection. 

1月19日開催されたComme des Garçons Homme Plusの2018 Paris Menswear Collectionで、NikeLab ACG Air Mowabbの新モデルがランウエイに登場した。2014年末にニューコンセプトのcapsule collectionが発表されたが、その後はほとんどなりを潜めていた。Nikeは最近なんでも売る気になっているから、今回は期待できるかもしれない。
