Nike Air Max Zero SI “Glacier Blue/Legion Green”

In 2015, Nike released the Air Max Zero, Tinker Hatfield's original Air Max design, which eventually became the Nike Air Max 1. This version of the Nike Air Max Zero SI has thick outline detailing on the upper. It's now available in women's sizing on nike.com and at select retailers.

Nikeは1月28日発売したAir Max Zero SIの追加カラーモデルを投入した。これまで発売されたカラー追加モデルではトップクラスのカラーオプションである。Nikeはたとえ好評モデルであってもモデルチェンジを行うが、Air Max Zero は3年目に入ってもオリジナルデザインそのままの数少ない例外モデルである。Air Max Zeroは当分オリジナルのままの方が正しい選択である。

The 89th Academy Award Winners

Celebrities walked the 2017 Oscars red carpet and paraded in the latest fashions. The 89th Academy Award ceremony, honoring the best films of 2016, were held on February 26, 2017 at the Dolby Theater. La La Land won the most awards of the ceremony, with six, after receiving a record-tying 14 nominations.  The ceremony was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel and was broadcast on ABC.  

アカデミー賞授賞式は2年連続オール白人ノミニー問題から、今年は誰がトランプツイートの餌食になるかが注目の的になっていた。ところがセレモニーの最終局面で、前代未聞の受賞作品取り違え事件が発生して、そんなことどころではなくなってしまった。幸いミスはすぐに判明したが、全くこういうことが起きると、見てる方もハラハラドキドキで楽しみが増える！

Nike Sportswear Rainbow Pack

It’s time to take it back into the Nike archive to some of the leading runners to have ever released under the Swoosh banner. They were the Waffle Racer, Air Max 1 and Air Zoom Talaria. The Waffle Racer  originally born in 1977, the final year of Air-less. The Air Max 1 updates the legendary Air Max design with avisible window in 1987. The Nike Air Zoom Talaria was the 1997 breakthrough cushioning runners with a 2nd generation Air Unit in 1997.

Nikeは3月2日のAir Max Day Collectionに先行して、Nike Sportswear Rainbow Packを今年1月20日に発売した。いずれもAir Max シリーズをコアモデルにしたRunning Trainerプロモーションプログラムである。Nikeはすでに2017年1月からAir Force 1を起用したウイメンズ作戦を展開してきたが、これにRunning Trainer が追加投入されたことになる。Nikeの201７年フットウエアでAir Force 1とAir Max 1はトッププライオリティの戦略モデルに躍進した。

NBA All-Star Game, West wins 192-182 Anthony Davis sets scoring record

New Orleans Pelicans star Anthony Davis scored an NBA All-Star game record 52 points to lead the Western Conference past the Eastern Conference, 192-182, Sunday night in the 66th edition of the exhibition. Davis, who also added 10 rebounds, scored 20 points in the fourth quarter to claim MVP of the All-Star game in front of his home fans in New Orleans, breaking Wilt Chamberlain's record of 42 points in 1962.  Text from Oregonlive.com

18日のVerizon Slam Dunkは優勝候補最右翼のAaron Gordon（Orlando Magic）は期待外れに終わった。しかしドローンからボールを受けるというアイディアは出色だった。NBAhaアイディア賞を授与すべきである。

Nike Air Force 1 High Tech Craft

The Nike Air Force 1 High Tech Craft  keeps the legendary silhouette alive in premium fashion with genuine leather and a full-length Nike Air unit for the clean finish. The Air Force 1 TC features a full leather upper with a special pattern on the toebox. Perforations then appear on the side panels along with a new heel tab. Comme des Garçons とConverseはコラボレーションモデルPLAY Converse Polka Dotを２月17日発売する。両社は2009年からコラボレーションを継続してきたが、今まではPlayロゴプリントだけでポルカドットは今回が初めてと発表している。Comme des Garçonsはしょっちゅうポルカドットを使用しているからそんなことはないだろうと思ったが、実際そうだったらしい。

Nikeが1月5日に発売したWomen’s Air Force 1 Ultraforce Midは販売好調でsold outになった。販売足数は不明だが、そんなことは重要ではない。Nikeは女性客に弱く、しかもバスケットシューズは女性客が敬遠するスタイルだから、同モデルのsold outは新春早々のビッグニュースである。バスケットシューズが女性にも売れるなら、Nikeのバスケットシューズ売上は原理上1.5倍にはなるのである。

adidas NMD R1 Solid Grey

The adidas NMD R1 relesed February 2 at adidas selected retailer. 2017 Spring NMD R1 feature a Primeknit upper atop a pure white Boost sole,  with tonal Three Stripes branding and a black heel pull tab. The EVA inserts on the midsole are clad in the same color scheme, making the kicks a perfect fit.

adidasは2016年9月に予告していたNMD R1 Solid Greyを2月5日発売した。NMDは2016年に史上空前のブロックバスターヒットになったため、製造キャパシティ、ディストリビューション両面でタイトなスケジュールを余儀なくされていた。3月以降は再び安定した市場投入に復帰するものと思われる。
