Nike BETRUE 2017 collection

Nike is proud to celebrate the LGBTQ community with this year’s BETRUE collection that supports inclusion on and off the field of play. Nike believes in the passion and pursuit of sport by all athletes, a message articulated in the EQUOLITY initiative that launched last February.

アメリカのLGBT運動にとって６月は特別な月である。1969年6月28日発生した「Stonewall Riot」以降、６月はLGBTの抵抗と解放のシンボルマンスとなった。LGBT活動は地域コミュニティイベントとして成長してきたが、現在では全世界の都市に拡大し、マスイベントのフェスティバルに成長した。Nikeは2012年にLGBT アスリート支援を目的に運動に参加し、現在はLGBTQコミュニテイ支援に支援の輪を拡大している。
