The Ice Bucket Challenge

In case you missed it, the Cold Water/Ice Bucket Challenge has been sweeping the Internet over the last month or so to help raise awareness/money for Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (better known as Lou Gehrig’s disease).

The challenge has you pour a bucket of cold/ice water over your head and challenge other people you would like to see do the same.
