The Vans Sk8-Hi, the legendary lace-up high
top inspired by the classic Old Skool as the first ever high-top skate shoe in
1978. The latest iterration Vans Sk8-Hi 1966 features canvas uppers, waffle
rubber outsoles, and“1966” written on the heels, blue and yellow letter logo on the tongue.
Vansは去年3月に50周年を迎えたが、今頃になってSk8-Hi のヒールに1966入りモデルが登場した。これって去年販売すべきだったと思うが、しかしSk8-Hi は2018年に40周年を迎えるから、早出しのアニバーサリーモデルという考えもありうる。もしそうならVansもなかなかやると言わねばならない。
