adidas Skateboarding 3MC

adidas Skateboarding unveils the 3MC, the brand’s most versatile vulcanized shoe to date. It is a part of the Three Stripes’ Fall/Winter 2018 range, the silhouette shares canvas or premium suede options on the upper with triple black, triple white and navy color choices to start. As explained by adidas Originals and Skateboarding Senior Design Director, Chris Law, “the 3MC silhouette’s design is based on the notion of combining archival DNA cues, Its canvas offerings will be sold at major retailers starting July 5. The 3MC retails for $65 USD.

今年のadidasは Skateboarding Shoesに消極的だったが、ミッドサマーに入って急激にSkateboardingに積極に取り組み始めた。7月5日発売される3MCは、これまでのSkateboarding Shoesの常識を覆すフィロソフィーで注目を集めている。北米やEUではもともとスケートボードシューズは50ドル前後の通学履きで、大人の履くシューズではない。adidasはこの市場をNew Originalsに改革しようとしているわけで、着眼点はなかなか良い。
