The idea for the Air Max Zero design struck Tinker Hatfield before visible Air was ever introduced. Designed in 1985 but un-released until 2015, the Air Max Zero was finally unveiled nearly three decades after the original Air Max 1. Now extending the Air Max Zero lineage, the modernized shoe comes to life in a look celebrating the original Air Max 1.
